Say It is an autofiction film that follows a young filmmaker's journey after receiving an HIV-positive diagnosis on his birthday. The film uses a mix of performative and documentary storytelling, incorporating important artifacts and figures from the fight for the dignity of life, such as the slogan "Silence = Death" from ActUp and activist Herbert Daniel.
